In November 2013 the Fellows Selection Committee finalised its decisions and I was accepted as an Associate Fellow of the iLCP.
Through the choreography of many individual images, I present the bigger picture of mankind’s relationship with our planet’s fragile ecosystems and its wildlife. My work is not a collection of pretty wildlife photos; it has a defined purpose to portray a visual narrative that revitalizes and strengthens a bond that is on the verge of being lost forever. I portray not just tragedy but also a sense of compassion that is crucial if we are to see wildlife and people flourish. I connect people with the work of those on the ground who are making a difference.
iLCP is a powerful ally in raising awareness and reaching out to influential circles.
"If you are going to do anything worthwhile, you will face periods of self doubt and fear. Don’t overthink. Take the next step forward.” (Lewis Pugh)
As an Associate Fellow of iLCP I am able to take bigger strides.
I am honoured and humbled to be an Associate Fellow of the International League of Conservation Photographers (iLCP).
