Two of my prints are in the Taste of Africa exhibition at the David Shepherd Wildlife Foundation gallery in the UK. It is a collection of stunning photographs celebrating wild Africa in aid of Cycle Zambia. All sales contribute to the CycleZambia fundraising challenge, which is raising funds for elephant conservation and the war against elephant poaching in Zambia.
Simon King, Mark Carwardine, David Lloyd, Antony Blake, Steve Bloom, Will Burrard-Lucas, Jillian Edelstein, Marc Stickler, and other leading wildlife photographers also have exhibits there.
The Elephant Project is the only elephant orphanage in Zambia which works to rescue, rehabilitate and release elephants back into the wild. It is a programme that cannot work without increased park protection or greater awareness among those who share their habitat with wild elephants. The David Shepherd Wildlife Foundation is putting on a variety of events this year to raise money for The Elephant Project, including Cycle Zambia.
